Message I had several small issues I had posted in the tech section and have finally found an issue I believe was the cause.

I listed the links to the post from most recent to oldest.

The problems noted had gradually been getting worse. One day while driving I felt one of the cylinders drop out completely so this prompted further investigation and determination to once and for all get to the bottom of things.

The dead cylinder (no.1) I found to be a wire that had come out of the new connection for fuel injector which was never crimped in at all. That resolved I started to look over the rest of the connectors and found no further issues.

I then decided to replace all soft fuel lines, damper, fpr, seals, and fuel filter. In replacing the injector seals, found that the no. 4 injector lower o-ring and the fuel rail sea itself were shredded. I believe this was the ultimate cause of my issues pre the connection issues for cyl 1.

I had found compression dropping in cyl 4 due to fuel wash out and also noted low end power seem to lacking as well as my oil smelling heavily of fuel and the idle being rough and eradic at times.

So as part of my getting ready for spring, I replaced all afore mentioned parts, along with an oil change and flush, coolant flush, spark plugs, and the needed gaskets to complete the work.

I hope this helps others out. I apologize for the post being so choppy and possibly slightly out of order. Im trying to post this up at work.
